Entries for the 2012 Pacific Music Awards are now open! All entries are due by Monday 20 February. The 2012 Pacific Music Awards categories are:
- Radio 531PI Best Pacific Group
- Best Pacific Female Artist
- NZ Music Commission Best Pacific Male Artist
- Niu FM Best Pacific Urban Artist
- APRA Best Pacific Song
- Tagata Pasifika Best Pacific Language
- Best Pacific Gospel Album
- Best Pacific Music Album
Four other awards are presented at the Pacific Music Awards, which are as follows (please note, nominations are not received for these awards):
- People’s Choice – Best Pacific Artist
- Most Promising Pacific Artist
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- Radio Airplay Award
