​* All the artists confirmed as 2020 finalists are eligible for the SunPix People’s Choice Award – Best Pacific Artist Award.  The winner is solely determined by public vote, with voting open for the month of May, part of NZ Music Month.   The winner for this award will be announced at the 2020 Pacific Music Awards
 
Voting opens at 9am on Friday 1 May and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 31 May. ​
