Lomez Brown is of Maori/Cook Island decent and hails from Auckland.  Lomez has been bringing his feel-good music vibes to audiences since 2013.  Lomez Brown’s music foundations come from reggae roots, old-time soul/RnB and Polynesian grooves.  Lomez captivates his audience with his smooth vocals, sweet melodies and body swaying rhythms; and performs at a high standard every time he takes the stage.  His music has gained over 10 million combined views/streams across YouTube and Sound Cloud.  His single ‘Sweet Lover’ hit gold status in early 2020.  In 2019, he was a finalist at the Pacific Music Awards and Waiata Maori Music Awards, with the Runtingz Family; and in 2015 was recognised for his contribution to mainstream music at the Cook Island Music Awards.

His music is on rotate on Niu FM, Mai FM and across major NZ radio stations; streaming online with over 180,000 monthly Spotify listeners.  His fan base is from NZ and Australia to the USA and United Kingdom.  He has toured NZ, Australia, Tonga, Cook Islands, Samoa, Hawaii and the USA; and performed at local festivals Raggamuffin, One Love, Good Vibes and East Coast Vibes; and internationally at Island Reggae Festival (2019 - USA) and Kuki Fest (2018 - Cook Islands).  His 2019 single ‘Tell Me’ debuted at number 1 on the iTunes reggae song charts, and has gained over 1.5million views on YouTube.  ‘Lovin You’ debuted at number 6 in the NZ singles charts and has gained Lomez major recognition with NZ On Air and major radio stations.  Lomez Brown released ‘The Feels & Groove EP’ in June 2020, and is an independent artist operating under his own label LBM Limited.
